FUNKY SOCK FUNDRAISER

Here’s the skinny:

• $15 for a pack of 3 pairs

• For every 2 packs we sell, we donate one pair of socks to First United Methodist Church’s Children’s Closet. Last year, we donated over 185 pairs!

• Each Cub earns $7.50 per pack of socks he/she sells in-person or online.

• For Market Sales, we pool all sales and divide the proceeds up into an hourly rate for all Cubs who worked.

• Cubs may use their Cub Accounts for any BSA and Pack related costs: BSA membership ($105), Pack annual dues ($20), District/Council Summer Camps, Gift Cards to the Tampa Bay Scout Store (uniforms), Pinewood Derby Cars, Rain Gutter Regatta Boats, Camping fees. etc.

In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.

The BSA Cub Scout program costs less than most other extra-curricular activities, however, we plan special events and activities that require additional funds. To cover all costs, our Cub Scouts rely on the support of their families, friends, and communities through fundraisers and donations.

• Various Rope for tying, tug-a-war, etc.
